Abstract

This research aims to analyse the factors that affect the decision of the customer to take the Murabahah financing product in KSPPS Bina Warga Sejahtera. Independent variables in this research are customer income, Islamic Finance Understanding, family factors and margin level, while dependent variables are customer's decision. The samples in this study consisted of 80 clients. The data used is the primary data of the questionnaire propagation. The data analysis techniques used in this study are Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that the margin level was significantly positive against the decision of the customer to take the Murabahah financing, while the customer's income did not affect the customer's decision, Islamic finance understanding did not affect the customer's decision and family factors also have no effect on the customer's decision to take a murabahah financing product in KSPPS Bina Warga Sejahtera.
