Abstract

Technology is one of the tools used to facilitate human work. One of the implementation of technology is in managing inventory at an agency/company.The Household UIN Sunan Kalijaga is a part of the General Administration and Finance of the UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, which has the responsibility to collect data such as data collection on incoming or exiting goods, loan data, asset data and asset maintenance. Curently for processing data is still using conventional mathods such as using excel that makes ineffective and often causes errors in data management. To facilitate the management of inventory and asset data, the need for a system that can help recapitalize the data to centralized database. Using this system will be more efficient and minimize errors in processing inventory and asset data. This system is built using the waterfall method to the analysis and the data thast has been understood at the beginning of development, the result of this research are a web-based application system that can be used and tested with the results of functionality testing that runs well, useful and easy to use for household employees.
