Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Agro Muko as a company engaged in the field of oil palm plantations in the Mukomuko Regency of Bengkulu Province which produces Fruit Fresh Bunches and processes them into Crude Palm Oil and Cernel Palm Oil. The research is entitled "The Effect of Occupational Safety and Health Systems (K3) on Employee Performance in the Covid-19 Virus Period (Case Study of PT. AGRO MUKO Palm Oil Mill)". The purpose of this research is to identify how the effect of occupational health and safety of employees during the co-19 pandemi does not have an effect on employee performance, then see how much the implementation of occupational safety and health (K3) that has been done is seen from the findings in the field in accordance with health protocols. from the Indonesian Ministry of Health. etermination of the location in this study was conducted purposively. Purposing The number of samples in this study were 56 respondents from 129 populations. The data collection techniques were through questionnaires distributed to respondents, while the research variables were occupational safety and health (X) and employee performance (XY). This study uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, and to test the reliability level using Cronbach Alpha and then processed with multiple linear regression analysis. hypothesis testing using the F Test and T Test with a significance level of 5 % with the help of SPSS Version 22. From the results of the hopothesis analysis, the calculation of the F test and the T test obtained the value of t count > t table (9.830> 2.00488) and F count > F table (96.629> 4.02) with the results of the variable occupational safety and health (K3) had a positive and ignificant effect on performance. employees and the most dominant factor influencing employee performance is the indicator of occupational safety and health (K3) procedures during the Covid-19 pandemic.From the results of multiple linear regression shows that employee performance is influenced by occupational safety and health variables. From the results of dterminasi (R2) using the value of Adjusted r squere has a result of 0.642. This means that health and safety and occupational health (K3) variables influence employee performance by 64.2% and the remaining 35.8% are influenced by other factors not examined. Occupational Safety and Health (K3) at PT Agro Muko Palm Oil Mill during the Pandemi Covid-19 has been carried out in accordance with the Health protocol of the Indonesian Ministry of Health.
