Abstract
Spotify is a digital music streaming service, podcasts, and videos that give you access to songs and other content from artists around the world. Basic functions like playing music are not paid, but you can also choose to upgrade to Spotify Premium. Spotify offers convenience for non-paid users. This study aims to determine the Spotability system usability, the Usability aspect of Jacob Nielsen and the Likert scale for measuring the attitude scale of selected respondents by applying random sampling techniques without regard to levels that exist in one population or the so-called simple random sampling technique. Analysis of the data used is quantitative descriptive statistical analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. By using 5 aspects of Usability (Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Errors, and Satisfaction) The highest value of the Learnability aspect is obtained by the Economics and Sharia faculty with a value of 3.2. The highest efficiency aspect was obtained by the faculties of Social Sciences and Humanities with a value of 3.1. The highest value Memorability aspect is obtained by the Sharia and Law faculties with a value of 3.2. Errors The highest score was obtained by the faculty of Ushuludin and Islamic Thought with a value of 3.3. The highest score of Satisfaction aspect was obtained by the Adab and Cultural Sciences faculty with a value of 3.4
