Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of five personality factors on employee performance at Bank Aceh Syariah KC Subulussalam. The population and sample in this study amounted to 40 respondents. Sampling was done by saturated sampling technique. Primary data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires. The analysis tool used is multiple linear analysis with the help of data analysis tools IBM SPSS Statistic 15.00. The results of this study indicate that the variables of diversion, motion stability, and awareness have a positive influence on employee performance. Meanwhile, the variables of openness and friendliness have no effect on employee performance.
