Abstract

Indonesia has several health service programs, one of which is Posyandu (Integrated Service Post) that has a role to provide services to infants and toddlers. Posyandu officers still use manual methods to record weight data that are prone to errors. Some of these include writing a toddler register, calculating age, determining weight status, and recapitulating weight data. Therefore, the development of a webbased posyandu information system is expected to make it easier for the posyandu and puskesmas to manage weight data and obtain precise and accurate information. This information system was developed using the Extreme Programming method so that it becomes more adaptive and flexible. The development of this system uses the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter 3 framework and Javascript as the basis of the system, and MySQL to manage its database. The result of developing this system is a Web-based Posyandu Information System. This system can be implemented by posyandu to manage data on development of balita and be used by puskesmas to monitor various posyandu at once.
