Abstract
The rapid development of information technology today has changed the lifestyle of people who want everything to be completely effective and efficient. Especially for the millennial generation as the generation most familiar with technology. This development has also penetrated into the Islamic banking sector, so that Islamic banking must adapt to this phenomenon by creating Islamic bank mobile banking to facilitate public financial transactions. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitudes, subjective norms, perceptions of behavior control, and the interests of the millennial generation in Bantul Regency in using Islamic bank mobile banking. This study uses a causal research design with quantitative research types. The population in this study is the millennial generation in Bantul Regency. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method with the number of samples used in this study were 121 respondents. The data analysis techniques used were Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) which were processed using the Smart-PLS 3.0 application. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease of use has a positive effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive effect on attitudes. Attitudes and perceived of behavior control have a positive effect on interest. Meanwhile, perceived usefulness and subjective norms do not have a positive effect on intention to use Islamic bank mobile banking.
