Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one of the ways to control and solve the unemployment problem faced by the Indonesian nation. There are many education systems owned by this nation, but only a few are able to participate in reducing the number of unemployed, in fact, it is the opposite. Many of them actually increase the number of educated unemployed in Indonesia. One of the reasons is because at least teenagers have an interest in entrepreneurship. This study aims to describe the influence of the concept of entrepreneurship education, creativity, and the family environment on the entrepreneurial interest of the API Entrepeneur Islamic boarding school students, Magelang. Methodologically, this research was conducted using quantitative methods. Data obtained using a questionnaire. The sample of this research is 80 students of API Entrepeneur Islamic boarding school, Magelang. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis is used to explain the influence or relationship between the independent variables (the concept of entrepreneurship education, creativity, and family environment) and the dependent variable (interest in entrepreneurship). Based on the F-Test, this study shows that the three independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the interest in starting entrepreneurship in API Entrepeneur Islamic boarding school students, Magelang. Meanwhile, based on the T-test, The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of the three independent variables on interest in entrepreneurship because each of them has a p value / significance smaller than 0.05.
