Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of income, religiosity, trust and service on muzakki's interest in paying zakat. The research method used in this research is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were muzakki at the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Bantul, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling technique with the determination of the number of samples using the Slovin method. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire, with a scale of measuring the instrument using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test with SPSS version 20.0 for windows program. The results showed that there was a significant positive influence between income, religiosity, and trust and service on muzakki's interest in paying zakat in the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Bantul Regency simultaneously and partially. However, the research results also show that there is no significant positive effect between services on the interest of muzakki in paying zakat at the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Bantul Regency simultaneously and partially.
