Abstract

MSMEs are a very potential market for the financial services industry to channel financing. However, there are some obstacles that must be faced by MSMEs to achieve their goals. So there needs to be improvement in human resource management in order to improve effectiveness and efficiency in a company. This study aims to analyze the influence of working capital credit, product quality, and employee human resources on the income of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) KJKS An-Nur Banjarnegara. The population in this study is all KJKS An-Nur Banjarnegara customers who use working capital credit products. Sampling techniques are carried out by sampling jenuh method. Data collection techniques conducted in this study using questionnaires and documentation techniques. Data analysis method in this study are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that working capital credit has a significant positive effect to MSME income with a calculated value of 2,642 ≥ t table 2,023 and a significance value of 0,012 ≤ 0,05. Product quality has no significant positive effect on MSMEs income with a calculated value of 0,316 ≤ t table of 2,023 and significance value of 0,754 ≥ 0,05. Employee human resources have a significant positive effect on MSME income with a t count value of 3,854 ≥ t table 2,023 and a significance value of 0,000 ≤ 0,05. All variables namely working capital credit, product quality, and employee human resources simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on MSME income.
