Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of Leadership Stle Organizational Culture Work Experience employee performance. This research was conducted at the Islamic People’s Financing Bank (BPRS) Madina Mandiri Sejahtera Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all employees at BPRS Madina Mandiri Sejahtera, amounting to 33 employees, and the sampling technique in this study used a saturated sample that made the entire population as a sample. The data taken in this study is to use primary data by distributing questionnaires to all respondents, and conducting interviews with the head of the Company’s HR. The data analysis technique in this research is to use multiple linear regression analysis performed on SPSS version 16.00 data analysis tools. The results of data analysis in this study say that of Leadership Stle Organizational Culture Work Experience employee performance. While partially Leadership Stle variable has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount of 3,638 > 2,03452 and a significance value of 0.001, variable Organizational Culture has a positive employee performance with a tcount of 3,302 > 2,03452 and a significance value of 0,003, and Work Experience variables has a positive effect on employee performance with a tcount of 2,481 > 2,03452 and a significance value of 0.019.
