Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, competence and Islamic work ethic on employee performance. This research was conducted at BPRS Kota Bumi Lampung Utara. The population in this study were all employees at BPRS Kota Bumi Lampung Utara, totaling 37 employees, and the sampling technique in this study used saturated samples, so all employees of BPRS Kota Bumi Lampung Utara could fill out a questionnaire. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study is to use multiple linear regression analysis which is carried out on the SPSS version 16.00 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, competence and Islamic work ethic have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
