Abstract

This study aims to determine how the efficiency level of the capital expenditure budget originating from Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Fund, Special Allocation Fund, and Profit Sharing Fund towards the realization of infrastructure development in Aceh Province. With 23 districts, the sample selection in this study used purposive sampling technique, the method of analysis in this study used panel data analysis with the help of the DEA 2.1 program. The results of this study indicate that the funds generated by the region both from local revenue and balance funds for the development of road infrastructure in Aceh province in each district / city each year experience a fluctuating efficiency level.
