Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work climate, work motivation, and education level on employee work productivity at BPRS Suriyah Cilacap. This research uses quantitative research methods, the research sample consists of 30 respondents, and the technique used is saturated sampling technique. The data obtained were then processed using the SPSS version 16.0 analysis tool. This analysis includes the validity test, reliability test, multiple regression analysis test, classical assumption test, and statistical test through the coefficient of determination (R2), t statistical test, and F statistical test. The results of this study indicate that the work climate has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Meanwhile, work motivation and education level have no effect on employee work productivity at BPRS Suriyah Cilacap. The F statistical test and the coefficient of determination (R2) show that the work climate, work motivation and education level simultaneously affect work productivity with a contribution of 74.7% while the remaining 25.3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.
