Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the management of facilities and infrastructure centers in kindergarten. To find out the factors that support the management of facilities and infrastructure and to determine the factors that are obstacles to the management of facilities and infrastructure in Islam Plus Mutiara Kindergarten. This study uses a qualitative method. While the object of this research is the center of kindergarten Islam Plus Mutiara Bantul Yogyakarta. In the context of data collection researchers used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of central infrastructure management was carried out according to the management stage but there was one stage that was not carried out, namely the inventory stage while the other stages went well. Supporting factors in implementing infrastructure management are communication, systems that have always been implemented, and an adequate budget. However, there are several inhibiting factors for infrastructure management, namely the number of activities carried out, adjustments to new members, and the lack of members.
