Abstract

This research was conducted at MI Ma'Arif Candran Sleman Yogyakarta for V grade students with the aim of knowing 1) The implementation of the pattern of cooperation between teachers and parents in distance learning using the flipped classroom model; 2) The obstacles faced by teachers and parents in distance learning using the flipped classroom model; 3) Obtaining knowledge related to the results of the collaboration between teachers and parents in distance learning using the flipped classroom model at MI Ma'Arif Candran Sleman. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Then the data were analyzed by means of descriptions. In this study, the main sources were teachers, parents and students, as well as the principal as supporting data. The data was verified using the validity of the data in the form of triangulation, then the data were analyzed by reducing the data, presenting the data and the final stage of drawing conclusions. The results of the research related to the pattern of cooperation between teachers and parents in distance learning with the flipped classroom model are as follows: 1) The implementation of the cooperation pattern between teachers and parents in distance learning must cover four aspects, namely: similarity in place, similarity of mind, the same feeling and the same soul. Meanwhile, the communication pattern used in establishing cooperation is multi-way communication; 2) The obstacles faced by teachers, parents and students, including both teachers and parents, are hampered by busy work, limited and minimal communication, facilities for infrastructure, time in collaborating that is not appropriate for time, not all parents can teach students . While the obstacles for students include having to divide their time to play and study breaks. Sometimes students feel lazy, as well as in the learning process, the obstacles from pre-facilities, sometimes when learning through zooming pictures and sounds are not clear because of network problems and communication tools; 3) Learning outcomes with the cooperation pattern of teachers and parents in distance learning with the flipped classroom model are students can actively question and answer questions with the teacher, and students can answer teacher questions related to material that has been studied at home. Likewise, students can identify problems, to be able to answer questions from the teacher during the learning process, and with the application of the flipped classroom learning model, a fun and active learning atmosphere is created which certainly does not make students feel bored in the learning process.
