Abstract
The spirit of economic growth must be oriented towards the benefit of the community and have fair and equitable aspects, describe the role of each region and empower the entire community, have efficiency-based competitiveness, and participate in ensuring the sustainability of the benefits of natural resources and the environment. This study focuses on the factors that affect economic growth in terms of exports, imports, and wages that work to monitor which aspects are most influential in increasing economic growth in Indonesia in 2014-2018. In this study, researchers used explanatory research with descriptive analysis methods and quantitative analysis and the analysis model used was the Fixed Effex model. The results of this study are that it has a positive effect on economic growth, imports have no significant effect on economic growth, investment has no significant effect on economic growth and labor wages have a positive effect on economic growth. From this result, it show that exports and labor wages grew in economic growth in 2014-2018
