Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of halal tourism on the satisfaction of tourists visiting to Lombok West Nusa Tenggara. This research is a quantitative study using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population in this study was 1,159,445 tourists, while the sample of this study was 100 tourists using Slovin theory which included an element of inaccuracy due to sampling errors that could still be tolerated. The method used in this reseach is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) using software SPSS 16. The results of the study indicate that the tourist destination and facility variables have a positive and significant, while the service variable has a positive but not significant effect on the satisfaction. Value of determination coefficient obtationed by 3.88%, means that the independent variables is able to explain the dependent variabel of 38.8%, while the remaining 61.2% is explain by variables outside the model.
