Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of the emotional intelligence, work experience, and work stress on employee work ethic Sumut Syariah Bank in Medan. The dependent variable in this study is employee work ethic. While the independent variables in this study are emotional intelligence, work experience, and work stress. The population in this study were all employees of Medan Sumut Syariah Bank. The sampling method used was saturated samples or total sampling, all members of the study population of 47 peoples. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis used is multiple linear regression techniques. The analysis shows that the emotional intelligence and work experience have a positive affect on employee work ethic. While the work stress have a negative affect on employee work ethic.
