Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and self-esteem on the performance of employees of Bank BPD DIY Syariah in Yogyakarta. The research method used is a quantitative method. The sample in this study amounted to 36 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with multiple linear regression data analysis tools through IBM SPSS Statistics 20. The results showed that the emotional intelligence variable had no effect on employee performance. While the variables self-efficacy and self-esteem have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Bank BPD DIY Syariah Yogyakarta.
