Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) The influence of organizational culture on the performance of BTPN Syariah employees (2) The effect of compensation on the performance of BTPN Syariah employees (3) The effect of work ethic on the performance of BTPN Syariah employees (4) The influence of organizational culture on the work ethic BTPN Syariah (5) The effect of compensation on the work ethic of BTPN Syariah employees (6) The effect of organizational culture mediated by work ethic on the performance of BTPN Syariah employees (7) The effect of compensation mediated by work ethic on the performance of BTPN Syariah employees. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to BTPN Syariah employees. The samples taken were 100 respondents from various regions in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. Researchers took samples from anyone they met and according to the research context in the Instagram application via direct messages. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS 23 tools. The analytical techniques used in this study were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and path analysis. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BTPN Syariah employees (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BTPN Syariah employees (3) Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on the performance of BTPN Syariah employees ( 4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of BTPN Syariah (5) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of BTPN Syariah (6) Work ethic can mediate the influence of organizational culture on the performance of BTPN Syariah employees (7) Work ethic can mediate the effect of compensation on the performance of BTPN Syariah employees.
