Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and work environment on the work performance of a case study employee at Bank BPD DIY Syariah Yogyakarta. The population in this study were employees of Bank BPD DIY Syariah. In testing the hypothesis in this study using SPSS version 23. While the number of samples taken was 35 respondents. The sampling method in this study is probability sampling, while the technique of taking is simple random sampling. The results showed that simultaneously (Test F) shows that the variables of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and work environment together have a positive effect on employee work performance. Then, based on the results of the research partially (t test) shows that emotional intelligence has a positive influence on employee work performance, while spiritual intelligence and work environment do not have a effect on employee work performance.
