Abstract
This study aims to know (1) the correlation of parental attachment with learning motivation; (2) the correlation of self-concept with learning motivation; and (3) the correlation of parental attachment and self-concept with learning motivation. The subjects in this study were students of SMP X who were doing online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic with 95 students. The method is by using the cluster random sampling method so that the sample used is already in a predetermined group. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are that there is a positive relationship between (1) parental attachment with learning motivation with r = 0,602 (r>0,202); (2) self-concept with learning motivation with r = 0,677 (r>0,202); and (3) the attachment of parents and self-concept with learning motivation, F=23,964 (F>3,09). The regression coefficient is 0.666 and R square is 0.644 or 64.4%.
