Abstract

Tourist attraction is a potential place to be developed as a source of regional income that can provide benefits to the area where tourist attractions are located. In Indonesia, there are many tourist attractions that become tourist attractions, one of which is in the city of Ambon. Ambon City has quite a lot of tourism potential so that it makes visitors confused in determining the tourist attractions to be visited given the lack of tourist information in the city of Ambon. For that we need a system that is able to facilitate in providing recommendations and information on attractions that will be visited. There are problems in determining tourist destinations, conducted research that aims to create a decision support system for selecting the best tourist attraction using Analytical Hierarchy Process methods and Techniques for Order Preference with Similarities to Ideal Solutions. The Analytical Hierarchy Process method is used to determine the weighting criteria, then the results of the weighting of the Analytical Hierarchy Process method will then be inputted in the calculation of the Technical method for Order Preference with Similarity to an Ideal Solution. The final results of this study the higher the percentage results, the higher the tour will be preferred by selected tourists. The results of this study indicate that Namalatu Beach gets the highest percentage of 0.831. So it can be said that this system is relevant to be used in decision making to determine the Ambon city tourist attraction
