Abstract

RA DWP I Kanwil Depag Palu Central Sulawesi held one of the activities to increase the ability of multiple intelligence children's, namelyextracurricular activities drumband.extracurricular activities Drumband in The RA DWP I Kanwil Depag Palu Central Sulawesi, involved almost half of the children in school. This activity can increase the ability of multiple intelligence child. Research purposes. First, to find out how theextracurricular is managed Drumband at the RA DWP I Kanwil Depag Palu Central Sulawesi. Second, to find out how the ability of multiple intelligence of children inextracurricular activities Drumband at RA DWP I Kanwil Depag Palu Central Sulawesi. Third, to find out how the impact ofextracurricular activities Drumband on the ability of multiple intelligence at RA DWP I Kanwil Depag Palu Central Sulawesi. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, the data collection technique of this research is through observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. Researchers tested the validity of the data based on the criteria for the degree of confidence (credibility). The data analysis process in this study uses data analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The data analysis technique was carried out in three stages, namely the data reduction stage, the data display stage, and the conclusion or verification. The analysis is based on all the data collected including the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed: First, theextracurricular management Drumband at RA DWP I Kanwil Depag Palu Central Sulawesi, was carried out through the stages: planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. Second, Children haveabilities multiple good intelligence inextracurricular activities Drumband at RA DWP I Kanwil Depag Palu Central Sulawesi. development Multiple intelligence is Children'swell stimulated through various kinds of training activities in the implementation ofextracurricular activities Drumband at RA DWP I Kanwil Depag Palu Central Sulawesi. Third, the impact ofextracurricular activities Drumband can improve the abilities of multiple intelligence children in RA DWP I Kanwil Depag Palu Central Sulawesi, namely early childhood intelligence in the form of interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, musical intelligence, kinesthetic intelligence, logical-mathematical intelligence, and linguistic intelligence.
