Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the smooth return of financing by micro, small and medium enterprises. The independent variables in this study are the level of education, customer character, the amount of financing and the covid-19 pandemic, while the dependent variable is the smooth return of financing. The sample of this study consisted of 50 respondents who were customers of BPR Syariah Bangun Drajat Warga. This study uses a quantitative approach and the data used in this study are primary data obtained through the results of filling out questionnaires. This study uses data analysis techniques in the form of multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable level of education and the character of the customer has a significant positive effect on the smooth return of financing, while the variable amount of financing and the covid-19 pandemic does not significantly affect the smooth return of financing.
