Abstract

This research is motivated by the difficulties experienced by teachers. These difficulties include the learning system that often changes. In addition, government policies were not conveyed. This affects the teacher's performance. Therefore, these problems can be solved through the organization of the Raudhatul Athfal Teachers Association (IGRA) and the transformational leadership of the principal. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the Raudhatul Athfal Teacher Association (IGRA) organization and the principal's transformational leadership on the performance of RA teachers. The research method uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The research population was 1909 teachers and a sample of 95 respondents consisted of RA teachers in Deli Serdang Regency. Data collection techniques using documentation studies and questionnaire techniques filled through the google form application. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the calculated F value was 40,496 while the table F value was 3,10. Then it is known that the calculated F value > F table with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Therefore, it was concluded that the organizational variable of the Raudhatul Athfal Teachers' Association (IGRA) and the transformational leadership of the principal simultaneously (simultaneously) had a significant effect on the performance of RA teachers.
