Abstract

Roles are activities that are useful for studying interactions between individuals as actors who carry out various roles. A midwife is a person who has attended and completed a midwife education that has been recognized by the government and passed an examination in accordance with the applicable requirements, is registered, is legally given a license to practice. The role of midwives in consultation and health education for women, both as the center of the family and society in general, is very important. The method used in the decision-making process is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The process of this method is to find the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all criteria, create a table of the suitability rating of each alternative on each criterion and create a decision matrix. The criteria used are discipline and attitude. Which disciplinary criteria have indicators: attendance, maternal and child health reports (KIA), family planning reports (KB), immunization and nutrition. While the attitude criteria include indicators: obedience to orders, neatness in dress, communication skills, politeness and friendliness. From the results of the research that has been done, it produces a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. With the implementation of an assessment system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, it is hoped that the implementation of the award with the best performance can provide an objective assessment.
