Abstract

Currently, the development of the Alumni Family Association of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta (IKASUKA) at the Science and Technology faculty is still considered very minimal and there are not many formal media that can become a forum for alumni to maintain relationships and communication. In addition, there are still many alumni and students in an area who do not know that they actually have the same alma mater. If students and alumni know that they are students and alumni who have the same alma mater, they will be able to build relationships that make alumni bonds stronger. The Alumni Information System was developed using web-based PHP programming and using a MySQL database. The system development method used in this research is Extreme Programming. This method prioritizes the project owner as a resource person who understands the system to be created. From the interview with the project owner, the system development needs (user story) will be obtained. The stages in this method include: planning, designing, coding, and testing. In this study, it was concluded that the design of a good service management process at the Alumni Information System of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Saintek using the Extreme Programming method was successfully carried out. These results are based on tests conducted by the project owner on the application. In the first cycle of testing, there were 2 corrections from the project owner on the application. Then in the second cycle of testing, there is only one correction from the project owner to the application. While in the third cycle of testing there was no correction from the project owner to the application.
