Abstract
This study aims to find out more about the problem of determinants of Indonesia's coffee export volume in 1980-2018, where the independent variables are: domestic coffee production, international coffee prices, land area of Indonesian coffee plantations, the exchange rate of the Rupiah against the United States Dollar. This study uses a regression analysis tool with the method of approach Distributed Autoregressive Lag (ARDL) whereas to analyze the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R) was used2) and partial testing using t-statistic test and simultaneous testing using Fstatistik test, all of the above tests use Eviews 9.0 program calculation. The results showed that domestic coffee production had a positive and significant effect on the volume of Indonesian coffee exports in the short and long term, international coffee prices had a positive and significant effect on the volume of Indonesian coffee exports in the short term whereas in the long run international coffee prices had a negative and significant effect , The area of Indonesian coffee plantations has a negative and not significant effect on the volume of Indonesian coffee exports in the short and long term, and the exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on the volume of Indonesian coffee exports in the short term whereas in the long run the exchange rate has a positive and significant effect on Indonesian coffee export volume.
