Abstract

This study aims determine the effect of intrinsic motivation, quality of work life, emotional intelligence and work discipline partially and simultaneously on employee work productivity at BPRS Sukowati Sragen. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire. This study uses a saturated sample method in which the entire population is sample as many as 34 employees of BPRS Sukowati Sragen. Data were processed using the reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test, and SPSS Versi 16 linear regression analysis. The result showed that intrinsic motivation, quality of work life and emotional intelligence does not affect the employee work productivity of BPRS Sukowati Sragen. Partially, the work discipline simultaneously affected the employee work productivity of BPRS Sukowati Sragen.
