Abstract

This research aims to find the level of user satisfaction against SICARIK‟s application at the library of State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta by using the EUCS (End User Computing Satisfaction) method which has five sub variables such as content (content), accuracy (accuracy), shape (format), ease of use (ease of use), and timeliness (timeliness). This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population of this research are active users at the library of State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga as many as 33.749. the sample is taken using accidental sampling technique and using the lemeshow formula, so the researcher gets the samples with total 100 respondents. The data‟s collection was done by interviews, documentation, observation, and disseminating questionnaires using Google Form. The result of this research indicates that the satisfaction of the librarians against the sub-variable of content is categorized as very high with 84.6% score, the sub variable accuracy is categorized as very high with 81,56% score, the sub variable format is categorized as high with 78,5% score, the sub variable ease of use is categorized as very high with 86,81% score, and the sub variable timeliness is categorized as very high with 81,5% score. The calculation of the five sub variables had an average score of 82,59%, so it can be concluded that the user satisfaction against SICARIK application at the library of State Islamic University of Sunan Kalijaga was categorized as very high. Based on these results, necessary to increase the sub-variable format so that the level of user satisfaction in this sub-variable becomes very high
