Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Adaptive Leadership, WFH work ethic, Changes in Organizational Culture on employee productivity at BPRS Bangun Drajat Warga Yogyakarta. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 24.0 software. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Primary data in this study were obtained from respondents. The number of population in this study were 35 respondents. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously Adaptive Leadership, WFH work ethic and Changes in Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Partially Adaptive Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, WFH's work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. However, Changes in Organizational Culture have no effect on employee productivity.
