Abstract

This study discusses the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the image of Indonesian Islamic commercial banks. This research is a quantitative study. Meanwhile, if based on the purpose of this research is an exploratory research. The population in this study is the customers of Indonesian Islamic commercial banks who already know the information and enjoy the facilities of Indonesian Islamic commercial banks with primary data sources. The results of the study show that corporate social responsibility (CSR) indicators of community support do not have a significant effect on the image of Indonesian Islamic commercial banks, corporate social responsibility (CSR) indicators of labor protection have a significant effect on the image of Indonesian Islamic commercial banks, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) CSR) environmental indicators have a significant effect on the image of Indonesian Islamic commercial banks
