Abstract

This research is about measuring user satisfaction of the Kubuku application provided by the STIKES Notokusumo Yogyakarta library. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of user satisfaction of the Kubuku application provided by the STIKES Notokusumo Yogyakarta library based on the EUCS (End-User Computing Satisfaction) component by measuring the system in terms of content, accuracy, form, user convenience, and timeliness. The subjects of this research are the users of the Kubuku application at the STIKES Notokusumo Yogyakarta library, and the object of this research is the level of satisfaction of the users of the Kubuku application at the STIKES Notokusumo Yogyakarta library. The method used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a population of 470 people who are members of the application and a sample of 83 people taken at random (random sampling). Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observations, interviews, and documentation. Measurement of data using a Likert scale with four categories of answers. Data analysis used percentage test with IBM SPSS 25 tool. The results showed that the percentage value of the content indicator was 82.37%, the percentage of accuracy indicator was 79.74%, the percentage of format indicator which is 82.02%, the percentage of ease of use is 84.03%, the percentage of timeliness indicators is 79.71%, and the percentage of end-user satisfaction is 82.89%.
