Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the effect productive use of zakat funds on the income level mustahik with work ethic as a moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative research with primary data obtained directly from respondents through questionnaires. The sample in this research were mustahik zakat at BAZNAS Madiun City in 2019. Sampling in this research uses a non-probability method with purposive sampling techniques so that the sample taken are in accordance with predetermined criteria. Data that haz been collected is analyzed using SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square) technique. The results of this research are: first, variable utilization of productive zakat funds has an effect and significant on the income level mustahik at BAZNAS Madiun City. Second, the work ethic variable not moderate the effect productive use of zakat funds on the income level mustahik at BAZNAS Madiun City.
