Abstract

The District Office is a place where important documents related to population and government are stored. To maintain security, CCTV is used to monitor every place. CCTV installed in each District Office is connected to the Communications and Information Office of the Sleman Regency. This is because the the Communications and Information Office of the Sleman Regency is far from each District Office, often causing disruption to the network. Then the Quality of Service was carried out on the CCTV of the District Office which was connected to the Communications Service of the Sleman Regency to determine the quality of CCTV by using the Throughput, Packet Loss, and Delay parameters. This research is a type of quantitative research with the stage of conceptualizing the research and then collecting data by testing with the Axence netTools software using the parameters of Throughput, Packet Loss, and Delay. Furthermore, the data will be analyzed to determine the value of the parameters according to the TIPHON standard. The results of CCTV analysis from 10 sub-districts in Sleman Regency, for the throughput parameter can be categorized as very good according to the TIPHON standard because 9 sub-districts have an average throughput value of above 1200 kbps and only one sub-district has an average of 95.75 kbps. The packet loss parameter is categorized as very good with the lowest average value of 0% and the highest 4.25% and for the delay parameter it is in the very good category with the lowest average value of 2ms and the highest average value of 175.75 ms.
