Abstract

This study aims to determine the interest in using Digital Bank based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study is the Z-generation in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The hypothesis testing used in this study is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The number of samples used in this study were 75 respondents using purposive sampling method. The data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on the intention to use digital banks. Meanwhile, perceived risk and perceived ease of use does not affect the intention to use digital banks.
