Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline, work environment, and work competence on employee performance at BPD DIY Syariah Bank. The analysis method used was multiple regression analysis using SPSS 25.0 software. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Primary data in this research were obtained from respondents. The sample used were 40 respondents. The results of this research is to show that simultaneously work discipline, work environment, and work competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, work discipline and work competence have no effect on employee performance.
