Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of hardiness, workload, work environment on the job stress of BSI KCP employees. Jakarta The Tower, either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study are employees who work at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP. Jakarta The Tower, with a sample of 30 people. This research is quantitative by using primary data, which comes from questionnaires and secondary data which comes from various literature both books and previous research journals. The analysis technique used is the measurement of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) on SmartPLS 3.2.9, the conclusion is obtained which shows that partially, hardiness has a significant negative effect on employee job stress, workload has a significant positive effect on employee job stress while the work environment no significant
