Abstract
Firm value is a performance in a company that can be seen from the share price resulting from supply and demand in the capital market. There are several factors that can affect the value of the company, namely the disclosure of sustainability reports, company size and leverage. This study aims to determine the effect of sustainability reports, firm size and leverage on firm value. In this study, the population used is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. In selecting the sample, the researcher used a purposive sampling technique and found 41 banking companies that met the research criteria, so there were 205 research data. The data analysis technique used panel data regression with the help of Microsoft Excel and Eviews 12 software. The results of this study show a sustainability report. has no effect on the company, company size has a negative and significant effect on firm value and leverage has a positive and significant effect on firm value.
