Abstract

This study aims to determine the acceptance and use of digital payment of zakat with the UTAUT model in increasing the intention to pay zakat through zakat institutions with attitudes as a mediator variable. This research was conducted online with a purposive side. This research involved 150 muzaki respondents in Yogyakarta. The results of the collected data were processed using the SmartPLS application version 3.2.9. This study succeeded in finding that only the Social Influence variable had a significant positive relationship in a direct relationship. After mediating with Attitude, the results show that the variables Performance expectancy, Facilitating Conditions and Social Influence have a significant positive effect. This shows the importance of a positive attitude variable towards zakat institutions which will increase muzaki's intention to pay zakat through zakat institutions.
