Abstract
Economic growth is an indicator in determining the success of the economic development of a region. Gross regional domestic product (GDP) is an indicator used to measure economic growth in a region. This study aims to analyze the influence of labor, investment, health, and education on the district's economic growth in the former Besuki residency in 2010-2019. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, using panel data consisting of time series data for 10 years and cross sections of 4 districts in the former residence of Besuki, East Java. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with a fixed effect model. The results showed that partially the labor variable had no effect on the district's economic growth in the former Besuki residency in 2010-2019, while the investment, health, and education variables had a significant positive effect on the district's economic growth in the former Besuki residency in 2010-2019. Simultaneously the variables of labor, investment, health, and education have had a significant positive effect on the district's economic growth in the former Besuki residency in 2010-2019.
