Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are a solution to revenue problems. MSMEs are considered to have great potential for economic stability. This was proved by yesterday’s pandemic, MSMEs have been able to survive due to the many supporting factors but they have not been utilized maximally. This study aims to determine the effect of the capabilities of business actors, assets, and MSMEs digitalization on the development of MSMEs in Kapanewon Depok, Sleman Regency. This research used a quantitative method with a 9,246 total population of business actors and 110 respondents for the sample. Besides, questionnaires were distributed through google forms and interviews were used to collect the data. The technique of data analysis used the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression with the help of the E-views application. Based on the results of the study, it showed that MSE education and digitalization did not significantly influence the development of MSMEs. Then, work experiences and assets have a significant effect on the development of MSMEs.
