Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of fundraising, performance, and muzakki's trust in optimizing the collection of ZIS NU Peduli-LAZISNU D.I.Yogyakarta funds. This research is a quantitative research. The sample in this study was taken based on certain criteria according to the research objectives. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling with a total sample of 40 people. The sample in this study are muzakki who pay zakat and are already registered at NU Care-LAZISNU D.I.Yogyakarta. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis models. The results of the study show that fundraising has a positive and significant effect on optimizing the collection of ZIS NU Care-LAZISNU D.I.Yogyakarta funds, with fundraising it can increase the amount of funds collected and increase public awareness in paying ZIS. Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on optimizing the collection of ZIS NU Peduli-LAZISNU D.I.Yogyakarta funds, employees who have good performance can increase the effectiveness of ZIS fund distribution so that they can help increase the amount of funds. Muzakki's trust has a positive and significant effect on optimizing the collection of ZIS NU Peduli-LAZISNU D.I.Yogyakarta funds, muzakki's trust in LAZISNU Peduli D.I.Yogyakarta can increase the level of community participation, the amount of funds collected, transparency and accountability. The results of this study indicate that fundraising, employee performance, and muzakki trust are important factors in optimizing the collection of ZIS NU Peduli-LAZISNU D.I.Yogyakarta funds
