Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of self-efficacy, empowerment, coaching, and Islamic work ethics on the work commitment of employees of PT BPRS Bukittinggi. The dependent variable in this study is employee work commitment. While the independent variables in this study are self-efficacy, empowerment, coaching, and Islamic work ethics. The population in this study were all employees of the PT BPRS Sungai PuaSyariah and PT BPRS Carana Kiat Andalas.The sampling method used is a saturated sample or all members of the research population. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires and direct observation. The analysis used is multiple linear regression technique. The results of the analysis show that self-efficacy and empowerment have no positive effect on work commitment. While the Islamic work ethic affects the work commitment of employees.
