Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of media exposure and financial literacy content, presented on Instagram @Feliciaputritjisaka on Generation Z's interest in financial management. This is due to the increasing use of fintech (Financial Technology) and has a significant impact, such as ignoring the validity of information conveyed by the media and consumptive behavior that is supported by a lack of financial literacy. Instagram account @Feliciaputritjisaka presents content that can motivate readers to be more aware of the importance of managing finances. The research method used is correlational quantitative method, with data collection techniques in the form of surveys and distributing questionnaires. This research involved 100 respondents from @Feliciaputritjiasaka's Instagram followers who came from generation Z. In addition, the S-R communication theory was used as a foundation in data collection. The results of this study show that there is an influence of media exposure and financial literacy content on generation Z's financial management interest as much as 81.3%.
