Abstract

The XYZ Agency is the executor of regional autonomy which is led by an agency head, who is under the Governor and is responsible to the Governor through the Regional Secretary. In fulfilling the vision of the XYZ Agency the community through urban village reform, empowering the southern region, as well as developing a culture of innovation and utilizing Information Technology where the XYZ Agency has used various kinds of information technology, one of which is the service on the website with this service making it easier for the public to get information about activities governor, IT activities, cultural activities, and various other activities. Evaluation activities need to be carried out to ensure information security at the XYZ Agency so that it complies with applicable standards. An evaluation was carried out using the KAMI index 4.2 on the XYZ Agency because the KAMI index 4.2 can evaluate the level of maturity, completeness of ISO 27001 implementation and provide an overview of information security governance in an organization. In addition to evaluating using the KAMI index, a review of the results of the evaluation of the KAMI index 4.2 against ISO 27001 will be carried out to find out what information security standards at XYZ Agency are in accordance with ISO 27001 and which standards are not appropriate and then recommendations must be given. From the results of research on Information Security Maturity Levels at Agency XYZ using the KAMI Index 4.2, it can be seen that for the category of electronic systems the level of ICT dependence is classified as "strategic, high and high". especially the part of securing cloud infrastructure services and personal data protection. For Agency Y, in order to raise the level which is currently at a fairly good predicate to a good level, it is necessary to increase the areas of risk management, asset management and information security technology. At Agency Z, almost all areas are still in the low category, so improvements are needed, especially in the areas of governance, risk management, frameworks, asset management and supplements so that in the future the final evaluation results will increase to a fairly good level.
