Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of locus of control, human relations, and non-financial rewards on the work ethic of BPD DIY Syariah employees. This research is quantitative in nature with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been previously determined. The population of this study are all BPD DIY Syariah employees. Sampling from this study was using purposive sampling technique. The data in this study were obtained through distributing questionnaires and interviews. The primary data in this study used 35 questionnaires that could be processed. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS 25 software. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, locus of control, human relations, and non-financial rewards have an effect on work ethic. Partially, it shows that the locus of control variable has a significant effect on work ethic, while the human relations variable and non-financial rewards have no significant effect on the work ethic of BPD DIY Syariah employees.
