Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of democratic leadership style, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted at BPRS Al Mabrur Klaten. The sample in this study were all employees, totaling 40 respondents. This research is a quantitative research and data analysis method using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables of democratic leadership style, work discipline, and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. partially, the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline have no significant effect on employee performance, while the variable of work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.
